Waleed is a graduate of UMass Amherst, where he earned degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering as well as Isenberg School of Business Management. He started his career as an engineer and quickly rose to manage various commercial projects for reputable companies in the DMV area, taking on larger and more complex projects over time.
Throughout his career, Waleed always had a vision for a company that would prioritize the well being of its employees, empowering them to work with honesty, care, and pride. This led him to establish WBuilders, a company where every team member is a representative of the company and strives for continuous improvement.
Ali is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career working with highly reputable custom home builders in the NOVA area, gaining valuable experience along the way. Eventually, Ali decided to pursue his dream career and ambitions by starting his own company.
Joining forces with Eng. Waleed, Ali became a partner at WBuilders. His expertise in professional management and custom home building has been instrumental in the company’s substantial growth in a short amount of time. Ali created and established “the WBuilders Way,” which focuses on quality work, time efficiency, price consciousness, customer satisfaction, and employee happiness. As the Operational Manager, Ali ensures that the company adheres to the WBuilders Way in all aspects of its operations.

So far, we’ve successfully completed a variety of projects, including new custom homes, additions, dental offices, custom kitchens, and bathroom remodeling.
