Ali Al-Amili
Role: Founder, Civil Engineer, entrepreneur
I've been in the construction and engineering industry for more than 10 years in delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and long-term durability, some are valued at over $6 billion, including the I-66 Expansion Project in Virginia. Since founding WBuilders in 2017, we've honed our management tools and processes to meet modern demands. Our entire team is PMP-certified and update our methods to keep our operations sharp and efficient.
My role is to focus on the development and construction of multi-million-dollar custom homes, commercial renovations, and professional office build-outs, including medical and dental facilities across the DMV region. Through WBuilders Inc., I lead projects from initial planning and design coordination to construction management and final delivery, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
I earned Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University in 2017 and hold multiple industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (2020), OSHA-10 Construction Safety Certification (2019), ACI and VDOT Concrete Certifications (2018) through the American Concrete Institute and Virginia Department of Transportation, as well as professional qualifications in soils and aggregate compaction, erosion and sediment control, radiation safety, and concrete testing through WACEL and CCWA certification programs.
